It is important to have a reasonable meal schedule, make healthy food selections and be sure you are getting the required amount of vegetables, fruits and other foods as per the food guide pyramid. A stress management article explains that changing to a healthier diet will make a huge improvement on your stress level, sense of well-being and improve your overall health.
